Tequila

Here is my piece for this year's Crazy 4 Cult show at Gallery 1988 LA. As you can tell, I chose Pee-Wee's Big Adventure as my subject matter. This thing was a beast that I've been working on in chunks for several months. Right now there are plans for an edition of 50 prints to be ready by the shows opening on July 9.

glen,
This is awesome, I think my favorite part is the Powerpuff Girls Buttercup snuck in there since Elizabeth Daily does the voice for her. Very cool.

Your stuff is really really great, big fan. I recently bought your Tauntaun shirt from SplitReason.

It really is a phenomenal piece! So much detail and so many characters, definitely a great ode to the film!

Thanks guys! Dave that means a lot coming from you, I love your work and I keep up with it as much as I can, I have a lot of your stuff saved in my "cool art" folder, haha.

And Strange Kid, I follow your blog, so its crazy to get on here and see compliments from people whose stuff I look at everyday!

@Dave: I didn't notice that before, but you're right! Very clever, Glen.

@Glen: Its always nice to know that blog is being read. I pop in on Albino Raven every now and then and you've always got a great new piece of nostalgia lined up. Keep it up!
