SKC Flashback: Interview w/ Jorge Gutierrez, Co-Creator of 'El Tigre'

Back in September I had the pleasure of interviewing one half of the minds behind El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera, Jorge Gutierrez. As one of my favorite animated shows in recent memory, it was a real pleasure to have an opportunity to learn a little more about how the series came about, not to mention what events led up to Jorge's madcap illustration style and what lies for the Mexopolis team ahead. It was even moreso a pleasure since Jorge comes across as such a cool and funny guy He even did up his version of Strange Kid, which can be found at the end of the article.

If you're a fan of the show, of Jorge's artwork or you just like cartoons with plenty of references to churros and Día de los Muertos then be sure to check out the full interview here.
