This is a piece I created for a Halloween themed show called Artmares that's taking place in my hometown of Charleston, WV. The Mothman is a folklore creature native to West Virginia, and I've wanted to do a piece based on him for quite a while. I had a lot of fun creating this and I'm really happy with how it turned out!
Also, all week long on my blog I've been using this piece to create lengthy posts detailing my process as a digital artist. People ask me about this subject from time to time, so I especially wanted to do it for those who are curious and for anybody who might not have any idea about what goes into creating a piece of digital art.
