Just finished up my contribution for the upcoming 80's Show. So show of hands, how many people really wish the future was full of Hoverboards, double ties, auto lacing Nikes, holographic Jaws sequels, flying cars, jackets that auto fit and dry, bionic implants, Cafe 80's, fax machines everywhere, Black & Decker Hydraters, leashes that walk your dogs for you, paying for things via thumb print, precise weather timing, all lawyers abolished, and Miami really beating the Cubbies for the World Series? I know i do, sigh...

I remember when the movie came out they promised that hoverboards were literally in production and would be coming out soon. here it is 2009 and my skateboard still has wheel.. WTF?
exactly... while making this i actually looked up the hoverboard on wikipedia and apparently what was supposed to be our 'hoverboard' simply turned out to be the segway; or the professional rent-a-cop mode of transportation... lame
