Summer update

Fixed Summer a couple of posts down. Give it a check, if you like. I feel much better about it, but I'm still not sure if it's to be called finished.

Meanwhile, I can't wait to see what everyone else is thinkin' up! Is everyone just working on one season or are some of you planning to cover all four?

Hello. This works better in terms of clarity, however now I do not feel the figure is "lazing about." I do a little silhouette work, and what I would do is make changes to the hay. Instead of using an ambiguous pile, perhaps smaller bales that are stacked? This way you could compose the stacks so that your figure can sprawl across them however you like while still maintaining figure clarity. Another idea you may want to explore to better clarify that this is hay, is to place it in a wagon. I think this would really help to break up that big black space with some wheels, etc below it. Just some thoughts. Its definitely progressing!

To keep things within the right time period, I'm gonna stray away from square bales. I thought about putting a wagon in there, but for some reason, I don't feel good about adding any other objects into the composition. I tried putting a hay fork in there and it just ended up bothering me.
I'll see what I can do. I would really like to get this right, and I'm glad to hear that people think it's progressing, if only very slowly.
Thank you!

Egh, you know what? I'm just being stubborn about it. I'll give the wagon a shot.
