thanks for telling me about a new Rosetta record! i've got a mix of The Galilean Satellites records together 3 moths ago i am wild about. My friend has been working on (and i've helped record a tiny bit) this imaginary soundtrack of sorts. there's never been any kind of commitment on names for anything, but he came over one night and told me how he was working on tracing back his roots with great difficulty. apparently he got far back enough to a place called the White Sea, and the NASA photo he sent looks like a wolf, the way the snow drifted. so i wanted to give him something ambiguous and ornate and haunting like the music, and ambiguously hide a wolf in there. this will be screenprinted silver on blue parchment and released early 2009 for friends. i'm still worried it looks like a jumbled mess of junk, but it was a sketch i REALLY got into as i was doing it, like in a trance. thanks for the comments and looking, it means so much to me
