Following
Tim, Shane, and
Eric's lead and marking my return to the interweb, here is my new studio. Having shared senior studios, its interesting to see how we've all made new homes for our work. After a lil' bit of light carpentry, spackling, painting and help from my friends, I'd have to say that my studio is quite awesome. There's a ton of natural light from the skylights and just enough room to hang my bigger, more fine-arty artworks. I was even able to squeeze in a matting station with handcrafted counter-height nesting tables...oh and as always, bike parking.

Looks like a sweet little area for you, Karen. :) Nice desktop on the mac btw, haha. I am jealous of your matting station, quite the awesome set up indeed.
Wow, this is really nice! I can only dream about my studio ever being this neat and clean. Nice presentation too!
i'm realy digging EVERY post about everyone's studio.
that is a handsome space indeed, lady. do you do most of your drawings at the computer desk or the matting table? also- VERY clean. thanks for the look.
thanks fellas.
i really can't help being clean, it has something to do with having scandinavian heritage..you know, everything in its right place..
tim- most of my drawings are smaller than one would think, and i either work in my moleskin, or on a sheet of paper on a clipboard, often but not always at my desk.
I just entered a show at the Plastic Club and while I was dropping off my ptg. there I saw some of your digital work on the walls. Great stuff. I'm looking forward to seeing more so, I'm glad you did make a return to the interweb. You might remember me as "the traitor" who left Uarts to go to PAFA :) Hope I see you around.
Excellent goods from you, man. I have understood your stuff previous to and you’re just extremely wonderful. I actually like what you have acquired here, really like what you’re stating and the way in which you say it. You make it entertaining and you still take care of to keep it sensible
