watchmen pieces

here's a couple nerdy watchmen pieces that i did for the philadelphia cartoonist society show at the KOP imax. i found out about the show the night before it went up, so i stayed up all night to get them done and i think they look a bit rushed as a result. hopefully i've done the book justice!

Justice is indeed done, I like the pile of buildings for Doctor Manhattan, and the snow piece is awesome, and a good unexpected scene to pick, I also think the idea of those two characters traveling in an arctic wasteland to find a secret base is just cool.....

Rushed or not, they still look beautiful.

i happened upon the show when I saw Coraline with a friend of mine, and your pieces really jumped out at me. I'm glad you put them up here because I thought they were some of the strongest pieces in the show.

jeez, thanks so much everyone! i'm pretty blown away.

eamon - that scene where they're walking towards ozy's secret arctic dome-base was too good to resist! definitely one of my favorites from the book.

tim - how awesome was coraline!? i'm glad to see i'm not the only person over 8 who saw that movie.
