Don't call him Richard...
This is my piece for the upcoming Autumn Society of Philadelphia's Golden Age Heroes Show. I decided to focus on the Dick Tracy rogue's gallery cause they're such an interesting looking bunch of characters, i just couldn't resist. While there are so many more i could've done i ended up featuring Flattop, The Brow, B-B Eyes, Bribery, Little Face, Shakey, Prune Face, The Mole & The Brain...
