Entree for the Golden Age Show

Hey all! For the show I went with Captain America. I have to add that working on this made me feel a bit more patriotic.

Thanks all for your generous comments! But I have to say that it's tough to top "glorious bastard." That one had me laughing and thinking back on it for a bit.

this is painfully impressive, makes me want to read a Cap book right now so long as it looked this good

Actually, I could give you a recommendation right now. Pick up "The Death of Captain America" up to "The Man Who Bought America" tpb's. I thoroughly enjoyed the story (by Ed Brubaker) and the art inside (done by Steve Epting & Frank D'Armata) was actually inspiration for me while working on this. Very, very highly recommended.
