good advice

hey kids-

i know i've been adding stuff way more than i should be and i swear after this i'll stop being such a nuisance, but i just got a link to this video from a friend a coworker. it's npr's ira glass giving advice on anyone starting out in the creative field. just replace tv/radio with art/illustration/music/whatever. i've been saying this for years, but now i have npr approval on it. check it out!

keep posting, friend. I'm a big this american life fan, so this is great stuff to hear from the man himself.

Please post more often Mike! This is super inspiring and something I've been living by ever since I got out of school. Its all about pushing forward. All the little projects are the stepping stones to self-discovery, learning from your mistakes, keeping mentors and people you admire under your wing, shaping yourself, and accomplishing the big dreams you want to see made come to life. It's reinvigorating to hear someone else talking about it. Cheers!
