Hey folks, sorry I've been off the planet over here. I've been a little busy. Anyway, here are a few pen and inks I did recently for freelance jobs. Whatcha think?
Your drawing skills are nothing less than spectacular, these are beautiful and interesting drawings that make me jealous of your skills...in a good way!(does that make sense?) Glad to see you posting again.
Hey guys, thanks so much for all the awesome comments. Just want to say that I check the blog every day and am always SO impressed with the work. You guys are the best.
The new work is looking awesome, ms. sinquett. Can I ask, about the first one, is it entirely traditional or is there like a reverse-out of the white lines on black? either way the work is spot on.
I used one of those white gel pens to do the little droplets and branches/leaves. The only thing digital is the distressing - where I layered some white splatters to break up the linework a little.

Welcome back! SO good to see new work from you! Simply gorgeous!
It's awesome seeing you working in pen and ink like this, it's really interesting how your style communicates through it. I think they look great!
