The Modifyers is a pilot cartoon by Chris Reccardi & Lynne Naylor for Nickelodeon. The art direction behind this is amazing. Between Steampunk inspired designs, candy-colors, and witty / spy dialogue & premises, I'm sold! Sadly, the pilot did not get picked up. Oh what could of been...
