sweeeeeeeeet! great job on the mouth; it looks sculpted! great face! and the floating crown is just the right touch with a splash of color and accent to the eyes.
the main base color/texture really looks like skin, did you plan it that way? with that and the eyeballs - it doesn't give much of a skull vibe, but more of cool, funky, creepy, goofy monster beautifully executed.

This is a fun character. I love the texture and the touch of blue. And that crown rules!
