THIS SATURDAY!

Just a reminder folks; This Saturday is the Philadelphia Cartoonist Society's Christmas Party at Shadow Space Gallery (above Kung Fu Necktie). They cordially invited us Autumn Society folk, and I highly reccomend coming out and rubbing elbows with our bretheren art group. Being a PCS member as well as an AS member, I can tell you that their get togethers are something you don't want to miss. And straight from the horses mouth to Dagon's ears:

"I just wanted to drop everyone an invite to a fun-tabulous part that is happening on Saturday, December 11th. The Philadelphia Cartoonist Society is hosting a Holiday Party at Shadow’s Space Gallery. It’s a “potluck” style gathering, but no worries if you can’t bring sumthin’. Just bring yourself and your appetite for a good time. There will food, beverages and even caroling!
Also, this is another opportunity to check out the awesome World’s Fair Art Show that will be lining the walls. All are welcome, doors open at 5pm. Tell a friend! The official invite featuring “Petey”, Philly’s favorite turtle is included below.

Thanx for posting this, Heimer. I was just about to. The food thing is optional. If you don't have food, still come. Also, this will be a great day because there is a good amount of crossover between the Autumn Society and the Phila. Cartoonist Society. So it's a great time to get together.
