SUNDAY ARTIST FEATURE: DREW STRUZAN (GET INSPIRED)

Most of you in the artist community know of the legendary Drew Struzan. If you don't recognize the name, then you might know him by his body of work.

Drew has made a career of Illustrating movie posters for movies like: Indiana Jones, The Goonies, Harry Potter, Hellboy, Hook, Star Wars, and many many more. Drew's posters truly capture the magic and excitement of going to the movies.

It's would be safe to say that Drew has had a huge impact on today's movie poster artists like Tyler Stout, Olly Moss, Ken Taylor, Florian Bertmer, Rich Kelly, Tom Whalen, and many others.

TOM WHALEN: NICKTOONS CALENDAR PIECES

Autumn Society member & Illustrator extraordinaire, Tom Whalen (strongstuff.net) has been like an unstoppable illustration machine, blazing through the last couple of years with his cutting edge designs and posters. His work has been feaured on /Film, Mondo, WIRED, SXSW and many other prestigious publications, anthologies, and events! Tom has easily added a new chapter to pop-culture advertising and some have even called the digital-age Drew Struzan.

Here at the Autumn Society we are very proud to have Tom be part of our group and are very appreciative to how much he's contributed to all our shows and events in the last 3 years.
