hello everybody! i just came back from my holiday (spent some days in Copenhagen - i'm totally crazy for that city) and at my return i wanted to homage one of my biggest idol, mister Jack Kirby, a.k.a. The King. (you can find it also on my flickr page)
This is pretty neat! It has your own spin to it, but also utilizes some of the stylistic trademarks Kirby used a bunch, like those crazy cosmic energy dots, and the folds on the fabric folds on Reed's costume. Kirby was like, the only artist i can think of that makes superhero costumes have folds in them, and not just be like they're clothes are spray-painted on...awesome work.
