8-Bit Calavera

Here is my 8-Bit Calavera. I totally dig the Mario universe of characters and cool worlds and have been wanting to do an illustration with them for awhile now. I also dig skulls so this was double the fun. There are some really fine looking pieces being posted around here!

very sneaky, i see that you used the cart's "back" for your work. those ridges were a real pain and what better way to avoid them? FLIP IT AROUND! Great piece. All the details keep you looking where as it is a completed skull when you step back.

nice

Thanks, kc, jorsh & mat.

Mat - Ahh, someone picked up on my dirty little secret. I spackled the ridges on the front but still liked the back better because of the beveled edge. So I reread the rules, couldn't find any mention of any front/back thing and like a rebel spackled the 3 screw holes and called it a day.
