SKC Flashback: Interview w/ Trevor van Meter, creator of Crappy Cat

It takes a one hell of a creative mind to crawl through the proverbial "crap" of today's modern world and keep on coming. Better yet, it takes someone with a lot of courage and determination to put their dream project on display for the whole world to see. Digital artist and illustrator Trevor van Meter (van Beater) is one such individual and his most successful creation to date, Crappy Cat, presents us with a hero (of sorts) to personify the madcap mayhem we all secretly want to unleash.

Having already developed a string of vinyl toys, original artwork, an online video game and an animated comic for the signature Cat, van Meter reveals a little history behind the origins of Crappy Cat as well as what it takes to create a marketable IP (intellectual property). Be sure to catch the full interview at the clubhouse here.
