The Cubeecraft show!

If you are unfamiliar with Cubeecraft I'll give you a little background: Cubees are paper toys that you print and assemble yourself, and unlike most other papercraft models they require no glue or tape. They are the creation of Christopher Beaumont who runs Cubeecraft.com, where you can download hundreds of them for free. I've designed a number of these guys over the last few years and even had my Ernie Cubee featured in papercraft art books.

Chris has a Cubeecraft show coming up this Friday at a venue that should be very familiar to all Autumn Society members and fans: Brave New Worlds in Philly! I'm very excited to reveal my contribution to the show, Cubees of my original characters Oly and Ted; a twenty-something redhead and her shoulder demon pal!

Kits to make Oly and Ted and other exclusive Cubees will be on sale at the show, and of course there will be plenty more Cubees on display by Chris and the other contributing artists.

The reception is this friday, May 6th at the Old City location of Brave New Worlds. Chris will be on hand signing copies of his officially licensed Batman Cubee book, so be sure to stop by!

You can find more about the event here.
