I was gaffer on a movie that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival this year. It'll be playing in Brooklyn on June 6, if anyone here likes heading to NY. It's a really great movie.
Here's the synopsis from http://www.stingraysam.com/:
A dangerous mission reunites STINGRAY SAM with his long lost accomplice, The Quasar Kid. Follow these two space-convicts as they earn their freedom in exchange for the rescue of a young girl who is being held captive by the genetically designed figurehead of a very wealthy planet. This musical space-western miniseries is designed for small screens and perfect for screens of all sizes.
And here's the teaser-trailer:
SHOWING:
Brooklyn Technical High School
29 Fort Greene Place (Fort Greene, Brooklyn)
June 6, 2009
8:00PM: Doors Open
8:30PM: Live Music
9:00PM: Screening Begins
It's really great and worth checking out, if you can. It's been getting great reviews.
Thanks!
