HellGoon and Frank Sapien

My friend and amazing artist Cecil Porter's http://www.cecilportertattoos.com birthday was coming up and I wanted to sculpt him something. His two favorite Comic books were Hellboy and The Goon. I couldn't decide which one to sculpt so I just did them both...in one! Click HERE to see the full photo set.

This show was a lot of fun!

Abe Sapian by illworx

I'm finally uploading my piece for the Hellboy show, a dimensional illustration of Abe Sapian called "Two Lost Souls Swimming in a Fishbowl". Thanks to everyone who came out, it was an awesome time! I didn't want to clutter up the ASOP blog too much, but I have some process work and details on my blog, stitch-in-the-ditch, for creating the image. Thanks for taking a look! -illworx
