Summoner Of Demons...

Haven't posted here in a while. So, I'll drop in with this image. This guy in the red robes is a dark summoner of demons, he wears a glowing crown of magic obsidian... I imagine he's conjuring up some nasty stuff for Halloween.

Hope you dig,

Hi all,
This is a recent painting I did for the heART Valentine's Day show at JINXED/TOOTHLESS CAT gallery. I know, this post is late and the show is over, but I thought I'd share anyway....Hope everyone is well and keep up the good work'!

"Fragility" my Beautiful Grim Submission

Mr. Braddock explained the backstory of this breast cancer benefit show admirably back on Jan. 26, I'm just sharing my contribution with the rest of the Autumn Society community. It's an allegorical piece; the demon creature is something that by it's very existence is destructive (like a cancer) and the dandelion-like flower is representational of the fragility of a human life. On a personal note: this project hit particularly close to home since, as of 6 months ago, my cousin was diagnosed with stage three brain cancer. There is a lot of great work to check-out on the Beautiful Grim facebook page, so please take a look.
