Fun Fun Fun

It's been a few weeks since I also became known as "Sofia's Dad", but being a father of a baby-girl is already showing it's influence on my work... "Fun Fun Fun" is part of  my Bird-Bikes Series and features a lot of, shall we say, "girlie" colors...

Happy Birthday Autumn Society!!

Howdy, house hunting (and buying!) has taken up a lot of my time lately so not much new on the art front. I did design a team jersey for when me and my buds ride in the ms150 this year. Super Stoked for the final product to come in. If anybody would like to donate to help fight MS (even if its a dollar) you can find my donation page Here.

Hey everyone its been a little while since my last post... so its time for a new one. This is just something I did for fun, I may use it as a promotional mailing and also probably for a show I have coming up in april. But honestly there isnt too much behind it, who wouldnt want to do a samurai on a bike? so anyway here you go, and people seemed to like my process stuff i posted last time so I thought I would also post the mylar drawings I did (before putting them together in photoshop) Have a good one!

skinned elbows

hey guys- sorry it took so long for me to actually contribute, i haven't really been on top of my game this summer.

so i've been trying to work on my likenesses during the break, because all i'm interested in drawing is human interaction and life- but all of my figures end up having most of the same characteristics and looking largely the same. doing portraits of my friends ended being a good way to both practice resemblances and knock out some spots for the fall semester at the same time.

so here is my friend linnea in one of her finer moments:

... she is just so graceful.

* My retro Red VS. the Black Hole *

This is another quick experiment I did just for fun. I recently got a new bike, a Retro Red Schwinn Windwood to be exact. Since this is technically my first bike ever, I figured why not take a pic or two to capture the moment...Then I opened it in photshop and that's when the fun began. Some erasing, layering, watercolor splatter, listening to Probot, and here it is.

Sincerely,
